Lancashire have introduced that they’ll play their first video games at their new Farington ‘second house’ later in 2026.
The aim-built facility, situated just a few miles south of Preston, will stage males’s video games within the One-Day Cup towards Kent (28 July) and Notts Outlaws (30 July).
The ladies’s workforce may also play video games within the 50-over competitors towards Surrey (3 September) and Durham (6 September) on the membership’s new 5,000-capacity hub.
The £20m project options two ovals, one for skilled cricket and one earmarked for leisure, youth and grassroots cricket, in addition to elite apply services.
Extra funding has been offered by the ECB and the federal government for the completion of the positioning’s indoor coaching dome, which can give 12 months-a-year entry to gamers.
