England have booked their place on the 2026 World Cup and so consideration turns to how they could fare in North America subsequent summer season – and the way a few of their rivals are wanting.
Thomas Tuchel’s contract runs to the tip of the match and the sensation has been that England have gone all out to get up to now.
But Tuchel believes England shall be “underdogs” on the World Cup “as a result of we’ve not received it for many years”.
Argentina and Brazil, who’ve each certified, will hope the placement provides them a lift.
Seven of the eight World Cups set within the Americas have been received by a South American group.
And 10 of the 11 World Cups held in Europe have been received by European groups.
