South Africa all-rounder Ruan de Swardt has prolonged his stick with Leicestershire Foxes for the remainder of their One-Day Cup marketing campaign.
De Swardt initially joined for the Foxes’ last three T20 Blast fixtures and the opening three matches of the 50-over cup competitors.
However he’ll now keep for the remaining 5 group matches and thru to the semi-finals if the Foxes attain the final 4.
The 28-year-old hit a career-best Listing A rating of 126 in a 21-run defeat against Lancashire on Sunday, having taken 4-49 with the ball within the five-wicket win over Surrey on Friday.
