The race is happening at Baku Metropolis Circuit within the nation’s capital.
Three follow periods are scheduled throughout Thursday and Friday, with the primary one beginning at 09:30 BST on Thursday.
Azerbaijan’s Remembrance Day, first established by the Presidential decree in December 2020, remembers army troopers whose lives have been misplaced within the Second Nagorno-Karabakh Struggle. A complete of two,783 Azerbaijan troopers died within the battle.
Remembrance Day is held on 27 September, marking the day the conflict began.
Since its inclusion as a daily Formulation One race in November 2023, the Las Vegas Grand Prix can be repeatedly held on a Saturday night time.
Previous to the South African Grand Prix in 1985 – the final to be held on a Saturday till Las Vegas 2023 – races have been typically held on Saturdays, together with the British Grand Prix.
