Haas group principal Ayao Komatsu stated Horner had “approached” the US-based group however added: “Nothing has gone any additional. It’s completed.”
Alpine managing director Steve Nielsen stated the French group’s government adviser and de facto boss Flavio Briatore was “previous pals” with Horner.
