Afghanistan’s upcoming collection in opposition to Sri Lanka within the United Arab Emirates has been postponed till the tip of the 12 months due to the current conflict in the Middle East.
The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) confirmed that the bilateral collection, scheduled to start on 13 March within the UAE, has been rescheduled to the final quarter of 2026 “on account of logistical challenges, together with flight constraints arising from the continuing regional scenario”.
Sharjah had been set to host three Twenty20 Worldwide matches on 13, 15, and 17 March, with three one-day internationals to observe in Dubai on 20, 22, and 25 March.
