India, South Africa, England, Afghanistan, West Indies, the USA, Bangladesh, Australia, Sri Lanka, Netherlands, Nepal, Scotland, Namibia, Oman, New Zealand, Uganda, Papua New Guinea, Pakistan, Canada and Eire took half within the event.
