Two males have been detained and ejected from Millwall’s The Den for allegedly making gestures mocking the Leicester Metropolis helicopter crash throughout Saturday’s 3-2 FA Cup defeat by the Foxes.
Footage shared on social media appeared to indicate followers making helicopter gestures in the direction of the Foxes’ help.
The Metropolitan Police stated two males can be summonsed for an offence beneath the Public Order Act.
Inquiries are ongoing to find a 3rd man in reference to the incident.
Leicester’s late chairman, Khun Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, and 4 others were killed when the helicopter they were in crashed exterior the King Energy Stadium on 27 October 2018.
In November, a Sunderland fan who mocked the crash was banned from attending matches for 3 years.
