Norwich Metropolis’s Brazilian midfielder Gabriel Sara has signed for Galatasaray for a reported £15.3m.
The 25-year-old joins the Turkish Tremendous Lig membership on a five-year contract after two seasons at Carrow Street.
He made 96 appearances for the Canaries, scoring 21 targets, after arriving from Sao Paulo in the summer of 2022.
Sara received the membership’s participant of the season award in his first marketing campaign at Carrow Street and was chosen within the Championship group of the season final time period because the Canaries completed sixth, dropping to Leeds over two legs within the play-offs.
Norwich stated Sara had departed for “an undisclosed price” however Galatasaray say, external they’ve paid 18 million euros for the participant.
