Everton have signed Barcelona defender Martina Fernandez on mortgage till the top of the season.
The 20-year-old turns into the membership’s second signing of the January switch window after the arrival of France striker Kelly Gago.
The Spain Underneath-23s worldwide was a part of the Barcelona squad that received final season’s Ladies’s Champions League.
“I’m so excited to be right here and I can not wait to play,” Fernandez informed Everton’s official membership channel.
“I do know Everton is a historic membership and that the followers are very supportive so I can not wait to satisfy them.
“They will count on onerous work from me. I’ll give my all the things on the pitch.”
