Former South Africa captain Dane van Niekerk has signed for English area Sunrisers.
Van Niekerk, 29, retired from worldwide cricket on 16 March.
The all-rounder was controversially dropped from South Africa’s T20 World Cup squad in February for failing to fulfill the required health requirements.
Van Niekerk will play within the Charlotte Edwards Cup, the home T20 competitors, which begins in Might.
