The girl who complained about Purple Bull staff principal Christian Horner’s behaviour has had her enchantment in opposition to the investigation that cleared him dismissed.
She first lodged a grievance in December that contained allegations of coercive, abusive behaviour and sexual harassment by Horner, 50.
Red Bull cleared Horner, who has all the time denied the allegations of wrongdoing, in February after an inner investigation performed by an impartial lawyer.
One other impartial lawyer has now concluded the enchantment in opposition to that call was not upheld.
In an announcement, Purple Bull mentioned it had “accepted and adopted” the conclusions of the lawyer.

Purple Bull’s assertion on Thursday didn’t tackle her employment standing.
The corporate has not given additional particulars of the case, citing confidentiality, because the investigation got here to mild in early February.
The day after the grievance was dismissed, a cache of messages purporting to contain Horner was leaked to almost 150 senior F1 personnel and media.
Horner described the leak as “nameless, speculative messages from an unknown supply” and refused to touch upon its contents.
