Gloucestershire have signed South African all-rounder Duan Jansen for the opening six video games of the T20 Blast.
The 26-year-old is available in as cowl for Liam Scott, who is about to overlook the beginning of the marketing campaign after being called up to Australia’s ODI squad.
Jansen shall be out there for the season opener at house to Warwickshire Bears on Friday.
Director of cricket Jon Lewis mentioned Jansen supplied a “related skillset” to Scott.
“[He is] somebody who can take the brand new ball and bowls with good tempo and bounce,” Lewis mentioned.
