Liverpool have launched photographs of a deliberate memorial to late ahead Diogo Jota and his brother Andre Silva, following their deaths final summer season.
Jota, 28, and 25-year-old Andre Silva, who performed for Portuguese second division membership Penafiel, died in a car crash on 3 July within the Spanish province of Zamora.
The sculpture incorporates a flowing coronary heart design – a nod to the Portugal worldwide’s purpose celebration – the 2 brothers’ shirt numbers, 20 and 30, plus the lyrics to Jota’s tune, which is sung by Liverpool followers within the twentieth minute at each sport.
Titled ‘Perpetually 20’, the club says , externalit celebrates Jota and Andre Silva’s “lives, their bond, and the love and respect felt by household, team-mates and supporters internationally”.
