Warwickshire bowler Chris Rushworth has introduced his retirement from skilled cricket on the age of 39.
Rushworth spent most of his profession at Durham and after making his first-class debut in 2010 he went on to grow to be the county’s all-time main wicket taker.
He spent the final three summers at Warwickshire, and ends his profession with 676 first-class wickets in 176 matches.
Rushworth had agreed a one-year player-coach role with the Bears, however he solely performed two County Championship video games in 2025 on account of harm, and now he’ll now focus solely on growing younger bowlers at Edgbaston.
